School

Under School you manage school life: timetable, upcoming and past tests, grades and exceptions – each for one child and one term.

Good to know

• At the top you choose child and term (or school year) – all tabs refer to that.
• Timetable is Free; tests and grades are Pro features.
• From a test you can enter the grade – it then appears under Grades.
• Tests can show up on the calendar when enabled in settings.
• On the dashboard you see timetable today and school cards for a quick entry.

Tabs at a glance

• Tests – upcoming and past, Learning/Done status, optional discarded grade
• Grades – recorded grades and term overview
• Timetable – weekly lessons
• Exceptions – deviations from the normal timetable (e.g. cancelled, cover)

With + New you create a new entry depending on the tab (e.g. a test).

Tests

The test list splits into Upcoming and Past. Each card shows subject, date and badges (status, countdown, grade entered, discarded grade).

Typical actions:

• Learning / Done – set learning status
• Enter grade – add the grade after the test
• Discarded grade – if it should not count in the average
• Edit via the pencil icon

Grades

Under Grades you see recorded results for the selected child and term. Grades entered from a test land here automatically.

Timetable & exceptions

The timetable shows the weekly rhythm. Exceptions cover individual days when something differs – without rewriting the base plan.

Child, term & settings

Switch child and term in the bar at the top. Further school settings (e.g. tests on the calendar) are in the three-dot menu or family settings.
