Use Famunio as an app

Android (Chrome)

Best with Google Chrome on your phone.

1. Open famunio.com in Chrome and sign in (or browse the site first).
2. Tap the menu (three dots) at the top right.
3. Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen” / “Install”.
4. Confirm. The Famunio icon appears on your home screen.

Note: The menu label can vary by Chrome version. If Install is missing, reload the page or use Chrome instead of another browser.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

On iOS, installation works reliably only in Safari.

1. Open famunio.com in Safari (not Chrome or Firefox).
2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom (square with an upward arrow).
3. Scroll and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
4. Tap “Add”. Famunio appears as an icon on the home screen.

Note: Chrome and other browsers on iPhone often lack “Add to Home Screen”. Use Safari.

Computer (optional)

In Chrome or Edge on desktop you can also install Famunio as a windowed app (icon in the address bar or “Install app” in the menu). For daily family use, the phone app is usually more practical.
