Family
Manage members and roles – adults, child accounts and invitations.
Under Family you manage members of your Famunio household: adults and children, roles, usernames and invitations. Each member can have their own login – children only see areas unlocked for them.

Good to know
- The owner founded the family and controls subscription, cloud and critical settings.
- Adults and children are listed separately – children often with age and their own username.
- Children can have their own login (username + password); adults control which areas they see.
- Invite further adults with an invitation link (time-limited).
- On Free, often one child is included; more children need Pro (“Pro for more children”).
Adults
Adult family members are listed here. For the owner you see the “Owner” role and username.
With + New you add another adult or create an invitation to share (app, messenger or email). Until accepted, the invite stays pending.
Edit (pencil) changes profile data; the owner account can’t simply be removed here – use the account options in settings.
Children
Add children with + New. Cards show name, age and username (if any).
Typical actions:
- Edit – name and details
- Key / login – set up a child account or manage credentials
- Delete – only if no login account is left (otherwise remove the account first)
Roles & everyday life
- Owner – subscription, cloud connection, delete family / leave rules
- Adults – co-manage, maintain children and content depending on rights
- Children – with their own account only unlocked modules (e.g. Office docs/cards hidden when “Adults only”)
Fine settings for push, visibility and cloud are under Settings or the matching guide topics.
