3. Service
Famunio is a family organisation platform including a family board, school features (timetable, tests, grades), and recipes (URL import, shopping list integration). Features may differ between Free and Pro plans.
4. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Prices and trial periods are shown before checkout.
Subscriptions can be cancelled via the Stripe customer portal at the end of the billing period.
5. User obligations
You must use the service lawfully, keep credentials secure, and ensure you are allowed to store personal data of family members and contacts.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
7. Governing law
Swiss law applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
